Living with Dementia? Dance can help
Twenty years of research shows that music, song and dance can make a real difference for people living with dementia; families and caregivers too. Music has an extraordinary power to unlock memory and soften the body. familiar tunes can reactivate our senses and reconnect us to our loved ones. It's not a cure, we only wish it was, but it is a respite and a way of engaging with our loved ones with joy and laughter.
